Exhibitor Information:
Booths - $250.00     Bulk Space $2.00 per Square foot

Note: Booth and Bulk Space rates are for the entire 3 day show, not per day.

 

Booths Include: pipe and drape, a 10ft X 10ft space, an 8ft folding table and 1 chair.

110 Electric outlets, extra tables and chairs may be ordered.

All Exhibitors receive 4 show badges.

Free coffee and donuts will be on hand for exhibitors each morning prior to the show opening.

 

Move in / Setup:

Wednesday  8:00 am - 5:00 pm Thursday  8:00 am - 9:00 pm
Tear Down: Sunday night 6:00 pm - 12:00 pm

Note: All displays must be out by 12:00 midnight Sunday.

Deposit guarantees exhibitor booth placement on a (first come basis).

Deadline for guarantees is February 17, 2005

The new, modern site features a state of the art, 20,000 square foot convention area, with air conditioning and heat, (ADA compliant), clean, modern restrooms, a roomy kitchen with grills, ovens, counters, ice machine, industrial style sinks and plentiful storage space. The building has occupancy rating for 3,000  Parking space is plentiful as well, enough to accommodate some 500 plus vehicles, with more than adequate handicap parking. Chairs and tables are available; please let us know in advance how many you will require. There is also a large stage with a runway for holding everything from plays to pageants.
