Leadership Decatur County actively solicits participants from all sectors of the community. Participants are selected on their own merits through an application process conducted by the program's Board of Trustees.

Tuition for the leadership program is $225.00 per participant.

Usually tuition is provided by an employer or a private sponsor. This tuition includes the classes, transportation, meals, shirts, and all materials.
